Rewild and Repeat is a community-powered project that transforms urban spaces into thriving ecosystems with native wildflowers. It introduces two innovative tools designed to make rewilding fun, accessible, and creative. The first is a seed roller that allows residents to “paint” colourful seed trails on the ground, which later bloom into wildflower murals and trails across the city. The second is a modular pouch system for vertical surfaces such as walls, bridges, fences, and lamp posts. Unlike traditional green wall systems that require costly irrigation, these pouches use quick-drying felt, waterproof canvas, and built-in drainage, making them lightweight, durable, and easy to set up or replace. Together, these tools empower communities to bring nature back into cities, one street and wall at a time.
